FuDgE

So, I made a pan of fudge yesterday, and my cookbook has a handy thing below each recipe telling you how many pounds you should expect to gain by eating that particular thing. For the fudge, it said that each serving has 59 calories. I thought "WOW! Fudge is healthy! YAY FOR ME!" Well, the fudge recipe fits into an 8 X 8 pan, and for this particular recipe, there are 64 serving. SIXTY-FOUR. That equates to each serving size to be 1/8 inch by 1/8 inch square...nay, slice. No, it's more like I can sniff it gently and get my serving. Needless to say, I have had enough fudge for about 32 people. Kinda sick...But don't worry, I didn't sniff it all through my nose.
