I AM DETERMINED!

OH, NO, NO NO NO! I WILL BLOG EVERYDAY IF IT KILLS ME!

I mustn't disappoint my audience...ahem...the subject of this blog is...My hair.

I take my hair very seriously. VERY seriously.. Anybody who sees me on Sunday will agree. I take EXCRUCIATING care that each hair is in it's spot, and each spot has a hair (bare spots are a no-no...so are visible hair pins. No-no-no...) and I won't even go anywhere unless I feel like my hair is "done."

So, last night, I put my hair in braids (yes, I have enough hair to do that now!) and woke up this morning excited about my new do...maybe I should leave braids for the younger generation.

It looks like a rat's nest, but hey...it's MY rat's nest...The sad part was I thought I actually looked good today. You know it looks bad when people don't say anything...If it looks like you are trying to be crazy on purpose, they will mockingly say "Nice hair...*snicker snicker*" and if they really think it looks nice they will say "Nice hair!" and then be jealous the rest of the day. Sigh...the only person who said the later to me (sans jealousy) was me this morning (well perhaps I was a leeetle jealous of myself...).

Only mockingbirds who have taken up habitation in your hair will say such churlish things. It looks like a golden .... .... ..... something or other. But it is pretty. When my hair grows out I am going to either ponytail it like Steven Segal or put it into dreadlocks like Cap'n Jack.

So. Now I KNOW that the reason no one (except Dara) ever says anything about my hair is because it is awful or boring or blah. Oh we-ellll!

I love your hair! At least your hair is not turning white. And it doesn't look terrible if it isnt' washed every day.

It's conciderably better than the Chrisola do or the Em do. With such lovely eyes, who could bear to look at anything else anyways?

Maybe "people" *cough*me*cough* didn't say anything because she -- I mean "they" were too tired to notice...

Jesus would have noticed.
