Those Days

I love the days when you can just love, and be happy. Those lazy, kick-back days when you don't get out of your pajamas, and you eat toast for dinner.
And snuggling is more fun because you are all warm and sleepy, and it's all the better because you remembered to put clean, new sheets on your bed. Music makes you nostalgic, and for some reason, happier. And you are content with what you have, and hopeful for the future. Everything seems right with the universe, even if things aren't perfect. A little gift from God, letting you know that He is watching, and loves you so much He couldn't help but shower some heaven on you.

The lovely cool sunny summer mornings we have been experiencing are a treasure--giving one a sense of "all's right with the world." Did you notice the "snow pearls" on Mount Timpanogos on Sunday? This is the first summer since we moved here that there's still snow on Timp in August.

I DID notice it! I always think of you because I remember that you try to see how long the snow will stay up on Timp past the 4th of July. :)
