*I know, I know...I promised, Mom, that I wouldn't touch my blog until Saturday, but Jeremy isn't home, and I haven't visited blogs since Saturday! I am not weak...I am bored. Yeah, yeah, I know...If you're bored, there are always chores to do.*

I have been having crazy ups and downs.

I guess that's just part of being prego (not the spaghetti sauce...the condition).

I was driving to Wal-Mart today to buy some envelopes (and to waste some time before Eva's nap) and I had the radio on.

One of my favorite songs in the whole world is "Landslide."And it came on! Yay! I happen to like both versions of this song. Fleetwood Mac is awesome, and while I know they offend Dad, I also like the Dixie Chicks.

As I sat in the car, I sang along, and started to cry...

I took my love, I took it down.

Climbed a mountain and I turned around.

I saw my reflection in the snow covered hills

'till the landslide brought me down.

Oh, mirror in the sky,

What is love?

Can the child within my heart rise above?

Can I sail thru the changing ocean tides?

Can I handle the seasons of my life?

Well, I've been afraid of changing

'cause I've built my life around you.

But time makes you bolder,

Children get older,

I'm getting older too.

Oh, take my love, take it down.

climb a mountain and turn around.

If you see my reflection in the snow covered hills

Well the landslide will bring it down.

If you see my reflection in the snow covered hills

Well maybe the landslide will bring it down.

I love it when songs make me introspective...

I have had to tell myself again and again that the things I am going through will only be for a little while...Can I handle the seasons of my life? Can I sail through the changing ocean tides? I guess if you are barely hanging onto a boat, you should be grateful there is a boat to hang on to. Who's at your helm?

I love that song, too - both versions that I've heard (: I guess one of the worst things about life is also one of the best things about's constantly changing and nothing lasts forever.

I like that song, too. Although, I never knew what the words were. . . just liked the tune.
