Prego Paranoia

Ever since I got pregnant, I have been taking everything personally. Someone sticks their tongue out at me via Yahoo! messenger, and I seriously think they are mad at me.

In other places, namely my room, I have taken serious offense to my oscillating fan. I don't know what it is, but it really offends me.

It's too close, too far away, too loud, too cold, it's looking at me funny... So, yesterday, I asked Jeremy to swap it with a box fan. I was SO excited...

Well, the box fan made this funny vibrating noise....I stuffed Eva's socks into it, Eva's shirt...but, nothing worked...

"Could we put it on top of the chair?" I weakly asked from the bed as Jeremy scrambled around trying to fix the problem.

We both looked at the chair. Well, where the chair would have been if the weeks worth of clean, unfolded laundry hadn't been on it. (Incidently, the kids think that pile of laundry is their personal free-for-all, and while Josh tries to scale it, Eva is tries to take great armfuls down the hallway to make a nest. What can I say? Laundry is daunting when you feel like throwing up.)

So, the chair wasn't an option, and I knew the noise would make me crazy.

I looked at the other fan...it looked shyly back...

"Okay fine, plug it in, but over there..."

Blah...Hopefully my paranoias will go away...It's hard when your clothes are on your bad side.

Haha! Clothes on my bad side... I know all about that. I'm so tempted to sleep in the buff because EVERYTHING I wear is uncomfortable... but I know that sleeping without clothes will be weird and I won't be able to sleep and THAT'S not good at this point in my pregnancy... sigh.
